Principal Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the architectural vision for Workflow Advisory and associated knowledge-driven platform functionalities.

• Architect semantic structures, knowledge models, and knowledge graph capabilities that integrate workflows, data, decisions, and insights.

• Establish architecture patterns that facilitate workflow automation, intelligent decision support, and future autonomous applications.

• Set standards for knowledge representation, lifecycle management, governance, and reuse across various platforms.

• Convert business workflows into reusable domain models, services, and architectural frameworks.

• Create scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures for both enterprise and customer-facing applications.

• Ensure that platform services, APIs, and knowledge assets are discoverable, composable, and usable by AI-driven applications.

• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to enhance knowledge discovery, workflow execution, and advisory experiences.

• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and SOC2 standards.

• Work alongside product, engineering, and consulting teams to align architectural investments with business objectives and technology strategy.

• Promote the adoption of architectural standards and reusable platform capabilities across teams.

• Mentor engineers and architects while communicating architectural direction to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Report directly to the Sr. Manager of Architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with equivalent practical experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering complex software platforms.

• Previous experience as a Software Architect, Product Architect, Principal Engineer, or in a comparable technical leadership role.

• Proven experience in designing AI-enabled, knowledge-driven, or workflow-centric software systems.

• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic architectures, ontologies, taxonomies, graph databases, or retrieval systems.

• Experience in evaluating and implementing AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, intelligent assistants, or autonomous agent models.

• Experience leading technical exploration, rapid prototyping, or proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and contemporary software engineering practices.

• Experience in designing secure, privacy-focused, and reliable software platforms that comply with enterprise governance requirements.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.
