This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +7 more states.
• Define and implement the automation architecture strategy and roadmap for Humana's enterprise.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, integration, and comprehensive testing.
• Establish standards, reference architectures, patterns, and best practices relevant to quality engineering and automation.
• Assess emerging automation technologies and AI-driven testing solutions.
• Design, develop, and sustain scalable automation frameworks.
• Create reusable automation accelerators, libraries, components, templates, and testing utilities.
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and other enterprise delivery platforms.
• Promote enhancements in automation reliability, maintainability, performance, and execution efficiency.
• Define integration patterns across Azure DevOps, qTest, Tosca, Jira, and CI/CD platforms.
• Facilitate end-to-end traceability among requirements, test cases, automation assets, defects, releases, and production outcomes.
• Mentor quality engineers, SDETs, automation engineers, and technical leaders.
• Define and execute AI-enabled testing strategies and AI-based testing agents.
• Spearhead AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation, defect prediction, risk-based testing, and intelligent test execution.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across various segments of Humana's business.
• Conduct automation architecture reviews and assist enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance and standards for enterprise automation.
• Promote quality gates, automated validations, shift-left testing, continuous testing, and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams to enhance automation environments and infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in software quality engineering, automation engineering, SDET, or software engineering.
• More than 8 years of practical experience in designing and implementing enterprise automation frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, Cypress, Appium, and API automation frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficient programming skills in Java, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience in implementing automation solutions for web, API, microservices, cloud-native, and distributed applications.
• Strong grasp of Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Personal internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
