⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education and work experience is mandatory.

• Generally, 8+ years of experience in a professional technical setting is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software design and development is essential.

• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean or Kanban methodologies.

• Familiarity with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Classic ASP, VB Script, Entity Framework, WPF, JavaScript, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, MSMQ, NServiceBus, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, Git, or other version control tools.

• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, or other version control systems.

• Experience in cloud development using Azure or AWS.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to teach and mentor fellow software engineers.

• Proficiency in planning and prioritizing tasks for a development team.
