Principal Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop product features utilizing a variety of technologies.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to comprehend and design solutions that enhance members' lives.

• Partner with fellow technology team members to refine the technology platform.

• Ensure timely and precise claims processing and payment.

• Work closely with the operations team to boost operational efficiency, cultivate strong provider relationships, and guarantee that members receive excellent care.

• Over 5 years of experience as an individual technical contributor.

• Capability to thrive in a startup, fast-paced environment.

• A combination of experience and a willingness to learn new concepts.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong desire to engage with business challenges.

• Motivation to contribute individually, with the ability to self-direct work while collaborating with others in the technology team.

• Understanding of various technologies at a fundamental level, along with a desire to expand that knowledge.

• Familiarity with specific stack components is a plus, but not mandatory.
