This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Conceive, develop, and launch AI-centric software solutions that convert extensive geospatial data into actionable insights and critical intelligence.
• Execute multi-agent workflows by utilizing orchestration frameworks like Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Incorporate large language models such as GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini.
• Design agents capable of dynamic tool utilization, structured reasoning, and iterative self-improvement.
• Build data ingestion and transformation layers aimed at detecting patterns of life, identifying anomalies, and conducting predictive analytics.
• Guarantee secure, scalable integrations across both cloud and enterprise settings.
• Establish feedback loops and reinforcement mechanisms to enhance model reliability and operational trustworthiness.
• Implement and manage AI systems in production utilizing containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Utilize AI development agents, including Codex, Gemini CLI, and Claude Code, for software design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to collective engineering standards, documentation, and best practices focused on AI-first development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in a relevant technology area, ideally in software engineering and AI/ML.
• Strong comprehension of cloud-based data and machine learning pipelines, such as those found in AWS or GCP.
• Significant software development experience with languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Understanding of distributed systems design and high-availability architectures that support global-scale workloads.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with remote and/or geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
