This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Clearly and concisely articulate security issues and proposed solutions to audiences with diverse technical backgrounds, ranging from CISOs to hands-on security professionals.
• Offer security-centric guidance and strategies to sales teams.
• Evaluate how Citrix security solutions can address customers’ business requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations either remotely or in-person.
• Design and create multi-product proof-of-concept solutions for customer evaluations and assist customers with adoption and expansion processes.
• Address technical and competitive objections to advance sales and adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resources to ensure customer success.
• Stay updated on the latest security strategies to advise customers and influence product requirements.
• Build formal relationship networks with key decision-makers and contacts within customer organizations.
• Contribute to the overall success of the technical sales team with the Citrix Platform and the adoption of Citrix security solutions.
• Execute strategic goals set by functional leadership.
• Develop operational plans for the job area that have short- to mid-term impacts on product adoption and sales renewal outcomes (e.g., 1-2 years).
• Over 5 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, solution engineering, field CTO roles, or consulting.
• More than 10 years of experience in supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of application security, browser security, IAM, and ZTNA.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity solutions and design best practices.
• Capable of tailoring technical presentations for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise (e.g., IT administrators, directors, business stakeholders, and executives).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations, corporate offices, and events.
