Principal Sales Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of territory management and headcount planning for the EMEA region.

• Regularly evaluate and modify sales strategies to remain competitive in the market.

• Conduct business reviews with senior leadership.

• Provide ad-hoc reports on pipeline, closed-won trends, productivity, and other essential sales metrics.

• Manage forecasting, pipeline oversight, and segmentation processes.

• Assist with the sales technology infrastructure.

• Collaborate with Customer Operations, Enablement, Sales Compensation, Marketing Operations, Deals Desk, FP&A, and various other teams.

• Report directly to the VP of Sales Operations.

• Function as an individual contributor without any direct reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in the UK or Germany.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical position.

• Highly self-reliant and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently.

• Proven history of being entrusted with sensitive information by senior executives.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to convert data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication skills when engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline oversight, and segmentation.

• Comfortable collaborating with Customer Operations, Enablement, Sales Compensation, Marketing Operations, Deals Desk, FP&A, and other departments.

• Strong knowledge of sales automation and CRM systems.

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

• Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple initiatives at once.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to address complex problems and enhance processes.

• Awareness of emerging sales technologies and trends in revenue operations.
