📋 Description

• Manage and oversee 8–12 active roles concurrently across technical, commercial, and business areas.

• Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline, with an emphasis on sourcing passive talent.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role specifications, success metrics, and recruitment strategies.

• Execute structured hiring processes from initial intake to final offer.

• Foster proactive communication with stakeholders and ensure ongoing momentum throughout the hiring process.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience while upholding a uniform hiring standard.

• Secure candidates by building trust, alignment, and promoting long-term compatibility.

• Function as a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Partner for both technical and business positions.

• Demonstrated experience as a full-cycle recruiter within a global SaaS or technology organization.

• Proficient in recruiting for both technical and business roles.

• Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates.

• Confidence in evaluating talent and contributing to high-quality hiring decisions.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Possess high ownership and autonomy, with the capacity to operate swiftly with minimal guidance.

• Capability to excel in fast-paced and occasionally ambiguous environments.
