This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure regular and effective communication with hiring managers regarding recruitment efforts and any delays encountered.
• Determine hiring managers’ expectations along with the necessary candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Create and execute strategic sourcing plans for Corporate and Operational positions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates and maintain an active talent pool.
• Assist candidates throughout the application process, including assessments, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Evaluate applications and resumes to pinpoint qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, aptitudes, and qualifications.
• Collaborate with Compensation and HR Business Partners to determine competitive offers for candidates.
• Keep precise records of candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment processes.
• Lead and contribute to projects that align with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert on best practices and guidance in recruiting.
• Oversee the Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team and may have direct reports.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
• Manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks with a keen attention to detail.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, or six years of experience in Human Resources, including one year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, including at least one year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Five years of experience in customer service.
• At least one year of experience using various recruiting tools (such as ads, social media, and networking) to attract top talent.
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking and database systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Capability to effectively communicate and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds at various levels.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage numerous and sometimes conflicting projects or priorities across assigned regions.
• Solid project management abilities.
• Competency in leading teams of recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Skill in establishing priorities and functioning effectively within a team.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely while being self-managing.
