Principal Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from role intake to closure, for complex and senior-level searches within the Core portfolio.

• Develop candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive analysis.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to convert hiring needs into effective search strategies and enhance both candidate and interviewer experiences.

• Ensure data integrity and utilize pipeline analytics to pinpoint bottlenecks and enhance hiring results.

• Create and execute recruiting processes and pilot initiatives to amplify team impact across global markets.

• Possibly assist with product group hiring as required by business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a technology firm or a similarly dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Proven track record of successfully closing competitive candidates across General and Administrative (G&A) and/or technical roles.

• Experience in developing and scaling recruiting processes on a global scale.

• Extensive understanding of the entire candidate lifecycle, encompassing talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, and closing.

• Proficient in data-driven pipeline management and capable of translating recruiting metrics into strategic insights.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI with human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and measurable enhancements in workflow.
