This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives across Research and Development (R&D)
• Direct executive communications for the Product and Engineering divisions
• Manage R&D narratives for monthly and quarterly business reviews, board presentations, cross-functional updates, and executive communications
• Simplify complex technical information into clear and concise writing for senior leadership
• Oversee strategic projects prioritized by the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) and the executive team
• Collaborate on the annual and quarterly planning cycles as well as mid-year retrospectives
• Monitor team progress through the Release Council and proactively identify risks
• Facilitate R&D and Go-To-Market (GTM) alignment and shape communications to GTM teams
• Define and promote the adoption of lean R&D processes
• Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to automate product and business metrics
• Recognize change management opportunities within a decentralized R&D organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Over 10 years of experience in product, engineering, and process/program management
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams directly or through influence
• Background in leading programs or product operations for B2B Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or similar
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact, cross-functional programs from inception to completion
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that facilitate large-scale executional impact
• Capability to distill intricate details into an executive narrative
• Proficiency in building trust and exchanging ideas across organizational boundaries
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
• Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration
• Preferred: Experience in leading change management within B2B SaaS environments
