This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a resource and support for team members as they navigate operational workflows.
• Oversee and track the status of Payment Exceptions, which includes PE, UST/config, and Tier 3 issues.
• Participate in regular claims status meetings and follow up on assigned action items.
• Implement the Contract Signature Workflow, which involves Medication Adherence, Docusign/bilateral, CAQH checks, and preparing for the handoff to Network Operations.
• Evaluate Growth Leads obtained through the website, direct channels, Salesforce, and other sources.
• Manage and monitor the workflow from Contract Signature to Activation.
• Direct and triage escalations from field teams to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Assist in provider activation workflows by tracking intake, ensuring documentation is ready, and coordinating the steps for go-live.
• Track Clover Home Care referrals and other onboarding milestones, proactively identifying any delays.
• Regularly update MSO reporting sources, ensuring accuracy and timely completion by set deadlines.
• Maintain dashboards and tracking tools to enhance visibility of team performance.
• Attend both routine and ad-hoc operational meetings as needed.
• Manage document organization, storage, and upkeep.
• Prior experience in an administrative or operational support position, ideally in a healthcare or managed care environment.
• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities and capacity to handle multiple active workflows at once.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in claims tracking, reporting accuracy, and completeness of documentation.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, SharePoint, CRM systems, and tools for updating metrics and generating reports.
• Basic understanding of healthcare concepts such as HEDIS, claims processing, EHRs, medical billing and coding, reimbursement models, and Medicare/Medicare Advantage (preferred).
• Proactive, self-driven team player who is capable of following through with little supervision.
