This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.
• Manage operations and business strategy by collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve strategic goals.
• Lead a team of Business Technical Analysts and Business Analysts in the creation of regulated outbound communications.
• Create and oversee methodologies for tracking, identifying, and resolving issues.
• Analyze and present program outcomes and insights.
• Formulate data-driven analysis techniques for clients.
• Conduct data analysis from various sources to enhance effectiveness and return-on-investment metrics for product activities.
• Work with staff to pinpoint internal and external customers as well as their expectations.
• Initiate process improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs, and boost satisfaction among staff, providers, and members.
• Assist operations staff in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key strategic initiatives.
• Act as an internal resource and advisor on improvement initiatives.
• Investigate new workflow approaches employing quality-improvement techniques to eliminate waste and rework.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operational business processes or data analysis is necessary.
• Experience in the managed care or insurance industry is preferred.
• Practical experience in implementing continuous improvement through Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) is advantageous.
• Experience in a matrix environment is preferred.
• Strong business and technical expertise is essential.
• Familiarity with composition platforms such as Smart Communications, OpenText Exstream, Papyrus, Inspire, Adobe AEM, or similar tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
