This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily IT operations, endpoint security, and support for Cordance HQ and its various business units.
• Manage IT service functions, ensuring ticket quality, handling escalations, and adhering to helpdesk-provider SLAs.
• Execute joiner, mover, and leaver procedures while overseeing access provisioning in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, and other business applications.
• Update and maintain the IT Operations Runbook.
• Administer RMM, endpoint, EDR, email security, and web security tools.
• Enforce agent installations and ensure device compliance.
• Assess security alerts and address integration health issues.
• Support the AWS landing zone and manage cloud access.
• Oversee identity, access, and tenant configurations in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Deliver IT and security integration initiatives for various business units.
• Manage relationships with MSPs and vendors, provide status updates and risk assessments to leadership, approve invoices, and oversee hardware procurement.
• Supply technical documentation for SOC 2 and other security certifications.
• Close audit gaps and sustain an audit-ready, continuously compliant framework.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role or managing MSPs.
• Proficient in hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 / Entra ID and Google Workspace, including identity, access, and tenant configurations.
• Practical experience with an RMM platform; NinjaOne is preferred.
• Familiarity with an EDR platform; SentinelOne is preferred.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Azure, including IAM, account structures, and landing zones.
• Proven ability to manage outsourced helpdesk or MSP contracts in accordance with SLAs and deadlines.
• Experience in supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits with technical documentation.
• Background in M&A integration or managing IT across multiple business units or tenants.
• Excellent written communication skills with executives, vendors, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• The final candidate must successfully pass a background check.
