This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee and enhance operational processes within the community solar portfolio.
• Assist in subscription management, reporting, financial operations, sales operations, and initiatives for process improvement.
• Take responsibility for subscription fill levels throughout the community solar portfolio.
• Ensure precise and consistent subscription and project data across utility, program administrator, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with utilities and program administrators on subscription management tasks.
• Review utility files, detect discrepancies, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Track subscriber churn and identify trends impacting portfolio performance.
• Prepare and distribute financial, operational, and project performance reports.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to program administrators.
• Create project management and related fee invoices while supporting payment tracking and reconciliation with Billing.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements for efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder experience.
• Utilize AI, automation, and technology to establish new operational capabilities.
• Offer feedback to the Product team to enhance systems and services.
• Investigate new markets, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
• Conduct onboarding and quality assurance reviews for new subscriber enrollments.
• Manage commission tracking and payment processes.
• Analyze and monitor sales performance across various markets and channels.
• Develop and refine sales training resources and tools.
• Work alongside Billing and Solutions Center teams to address subscriber issues.
• Handle non-payment procedures and support collection performance.
• Create subscriber communications related to billing, project updates, and account modifications.
• Maintain training materials and process documentation for customer support teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Energy Systems, or relevant experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis, reporting, and business tools.
• VBA proficiency is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS SQL querying is required.
• A solid understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of community solar programs, utility operations, energy markets, and relevant regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.
• Current or future sponsorship is not supported or available.
• Strong technical aptitude combined with business acumen.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
