This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the coordination of tasks and deadlines while escalating issues to management as necessary.
• Plan the control aspects of various projects.
• Identify inefficiencies to optimize project performance.
• Utilize schedule, cost, and risk analytics effectively.
• Lead activities related to schedule, cost, and risk, while communicating project requirements clearly.
• Manage changes through a comprehensive integrated change control process.
• Review expenditures to ensure compliance with project baselines and scope.
• Maintain project metrics and keep teams, customers, and partners informed about project status.
• Create systems, databases, and procedures that enhance project understanding.
• Communicate potential opportunities for improvement.
• Act as the subject matter expert in project controls for internal customer support.
• Align goals and actions with other teams on shared concerns.
• Report directly to the Manager of Project Controls.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, accounting, construction management, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in the functional/technical area of the position.
• Proficiency in Primavera scheduling.
• Candidates must comply with applicable United States export control regulations, or equivalent requirements for other countries.
