πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead strategic supply chain initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain resilience, developing suppliers, expanding capacity, and minimizing risks.

β€’ Oversee project plans, budgets, governance structures, and alignment among stakeholders.

β€’ Collaborate with teams across Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial sectors.

β€’ Foster stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making in intricate, global contexts.

β€’ Evaluate supplier and supply chain performance to enhance delivery, quality, capacity, inventory management, and cost efficiency.

β€’ Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to bolster supply continuity and operational resilience.

β€’ Identify and address risks related to suppliers, quality, capacity, logistics, and operations.

β€’ Formulate and monitor risk reduction strategies and escalate critical issues when necessary.

β€’ Create executive updates, dashboards, and governance reviews pertaining to project status and performance.

β€’ Communicate risks, financial implications, recommendations, and essential decisions to leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical field is required.

β€’ At least 7 years of experience as a project manager guiding and executing projects of low to moderate complexity to successful completion.

β€’ A combination of 3 years in project management and 2 years in a technical leadership role may be accepted.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects within supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, or operations.

β€’ Proficient in business case development, financial management, and realizing benefits.

β€’ Experience in enhancing supplier performance, capacity, quality, operational efficiency, supply continuity, and risk mitigation through strategic, data-driven initiatives.

β€’ Familiarity with industries that are highly regulated, such as nuclear, energy, aerospace, defense, pharmaceuticals, or industrial manufacturing is advantageous.

β€’ Knowledge of SAP, ENOVIA, or similar enterprise systems is a plus.

β€’ Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are beneficial.

β€’ Candidates must comply with applicable United States and comparable export control regulations.
