This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +17 more states.
β’ Oversee daily project schedules, task monitoring, and creative workflows utilizing Workfront, Asana, and Notion.
β’ Lead or engage in sprint ceremonies, manage backlogs, and adjust project scope in brief, iterative cycles.
β’ Take ownership of project updates and delivery projections for AWS stakeholders and internal creative, strategy, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Facilitate creative assignments throughout the entire project lifecycle.
β’ Coordinate the delivery of global events across GMT, EST, and APJ time zones, managing tight service level agreements (SLAs) and last-minute content, while providing support for on-site production logistics such as re:Invent.
β’ Track pod budgets and monthly burn-rate reports; monitor scope and expenditures through the purchase order (PO) β invoice disposition (IDP) β campaign β work-order framework.
β’ Keep precise project trackers, supervise timelines, identify risks proactively, communicate issues, and manage escalations.
β’ Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients to ensure alignment on project status, expectations, deliverables, and priorities.
β’ Assist in AI-driven workflows, automation, and operational enhancements.
β’ Eliminate project obstacles, escalate significant issues, and sustain progress across deliverables and deadlines.
β’ Collaborate with the Senior/Director Project Manager on AWS-specific onboarding, badging, Workfront training, and operational expertise.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or a high-paced client services setting.
β’ Proven experience in agile project management required β hands-on knowledge of Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, backlog management) and comfort operating in short, iterative cycles.
β’ Excellent client and internal communication skills β capable of professionally representing engagements to enterprise client stakeholders while keeping internal cross-functional teams well-informed and aligned.
β’ Experience managing various projects and deadlines while demonstrating exceptional organization and attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in Workfront, Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace (or similar tools); willing to learn client-specific systems.
β’ Comfortable with budget tracking/reporting (burn rate, work orders) and managing escalations under pressure.
β’ Ability to coordinate across time zones for global/event-based work, as required by the workstream.
β’ Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
β’ A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the capability to identify issues early.
β’ Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
