This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project definitions, timelines, budgets, and goals for large-scale or multiple high-complexity projects.
• Assess the necessity and implications of changes to project scope and implement suggested adjustments.
• Secure stakeholder agreement, approval, and consensus on various project elements.
• Identify resources and allocate staff for project assignments.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure effective communication regarding deadlines, responsibilities, and objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison with client project management.
• Recognize staffing adjustments or requirements as projects evolve.
• Oversee costs, schedules, quality, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Review project progress, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies.
• Anticipate and manage alterations to technical requirements, business needs, and schedules.
• Recognize and implement any additional resource necessities.
• Collect information regarding potential solutions and project goals.
• Manage expectations among clients, company leadership, and project teams through project metrics.
• Suggest and apply changes or alternative strategies based on performance metrics.
• Create presentations to support expanded business opportunities.
• Engage in proposal efforts and participate in sales discussions.
• Align client expectations while balancing the needs of the company and the client.
• Supervise assigned project personnel, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
• Address performance challenges and offer performance feedback upon project completion.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of twelve years of experience in project planning and management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Catalyst.
• Experience in budget development, project planning, control, and assurance methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with tools that enhance productivity and project efficiency.
• Familiarity with administrative processes.
• Understanding of client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors.
• Experience with delivery assurance principles and relevant procedures.
• Knowledge of architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases.
• Strong organizational, creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
• Must reside in the United States.
