Principal Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of intricate Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementation projects.

• Manage project governance, defining scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.

• Act as the executive-level liaison for global clients, facilitating steering committees and strategic communications.

• Lead cross-functional consulting teams to achieve outstanding customer results.

• Recognize and address project risks while ensuring excellence in delivery and adherence to PMO standards.

• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to foster customer growth and maintain long-term relationships.

• Guide Project Managers and assist in the advancement of delivery best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years leading enterprise software implementation projects within consulting or professional services.

• At least 5 years managing large, intricate, multi-workstream implementation projects.

• Proven experience in delivering Oracle PLM implementations or comparable enterprise software solutions.

• Strong skills in executive communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting.

• Proficient in managing project financials, forecasting, governance, and risk assessment.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

• PMP certification is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% is necessary.
