Principal Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and assess both short-term and long-term corporate strategies, objectives, and goals for designated products or product lines.

• Perform competitive analysis and market research focused on consumer behaviors and professional demographics.

• Evaluate the profitability and feasibility of new products or enhancements to existing products.

• Create production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product positioning throughout its life cycle.

• Collaborate closely with product development teams on specific products, brands, or product categories.

• Coordinate with various functions to finalize product specifications.

• Support advertising initiatives to strengthen core brand equity.

• Act as a technical consultant, showcasing products and resolving product-related challenges.

• Oversee and/or manage assigned projects while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve target outcomes.

• Mentor, assess, and assign tasks to junior specialists.

• Represent the organization as the primary contact for designated projects and initiatives.

• Engage with both internal and external customers and vendors across different levels.

• Negotiate with various parties to foster understanding or reach agreements, thereby influencing decision-making.
