This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop product visions, strategies, and roadmaps tailored for clients in the insurance and financial services sectors.
• Assess underwriting, claims, pricing, and distribution processes to uncover opportunities for AI and technology integration.
• Convert business requirements into AI use cases, product ideas, and business cases.
• Oversee the complete delivery of intricate technical and AI development projects, from discovery and validation to MVP and deployment.
• Serve as the Product Owner or Product Lead for engineering, data, and AI teams.
• Establish the scope, requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria for projects.
• Manage delivery schedules, risks, dependencies, and financial plans.
• Provide guidance to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Facilitate workshops, strategic conversations, and executive presentations.
• Assist the UK pre-sales and business development efforts through proposals, pitches, and subsequent opportunities.
• Contribute to building the UK team and enhancing its market visibility.
• Mentor consultants and disseminate insurance domain knowledge across Impact Studios.
• In-depth industry knowledge in Insurance and Financial Services.
• Proficiency in product strategy.
• Familiarity with technology, AI, and product development processes.
• Proven experience in defining product visions, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Background in analyzing underwriting, claims, pricing, and distribution processes.
• Capability to transform business needs into AI use cases, product concepts, and business cases.
• Experience leading comprehensive technical and AI development projects from inception to MVP and rollout.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead.

• Proficiency in advising senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
