This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and ensure successful engagements from inception to delivery.
• Develop product strategies and business cases.
• Execute Agile transformation and programs within a user-focused product framework.
• Manage, mentor, and develop senior team members.
• Oversee employee performance management.
• Facilitate targeted outcomes among various stakeholders and interest groups.
• Plan and direct consulting engagements from start to finish.
• Convert business needs into efficient functional specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams while fostering development among team members and the broader community.
• Extensive expertise in Product Management, User Experience, Agile, and Programme Assurance fields.
• Profound experience in at least two major business sectors.
• Familiarity with at least two business application settings.
• Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with C-level executives, including client coaching and mentoring.
• Comprehensive understanding of business and technology, along with awareness of industry trends.
• Demonstrated track record of contributing as part of an agile team.
• Experience in line management or coaching roles.
• Skilled in facilitating diverse stakeholder groups.
• Capability to plan and lead consulting engagements from beginning to end.
• Strong commercial acumen and insight into business and project dynamics.
• Flexibility to adapt and lead in emerging disciplines.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Proficient in translating business needs into effective functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to work adaptively and meet tight deadlines in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
• Strong team leadership capabilities, including oversight of multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in managing, mentoring, and coaching team members and the wider community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a digital start-up environment (desirable).
• Background as a product manager delivering digital products (desirable).
• Experience in a full-service digital agency context (desirable).
• History of leading digital transformation projects (desirable).
• Project management experience across various methodologies and frameworks such as Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, and MSP (desirable).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (desirable).
• Engagement in communities of interest (desirable).
