Principal Product Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous programs with varying degrees of complexity and size.

• Ensure that each program adheres to the Program Playbook and achieves desired outcomes.

• Establish execution rhythms and rituals to facilitate decision-making, eliminate obstacles, and clarify responsibilities.

• Relay delivery health, track milestones, and conduct proactive risk analysis to leadership through effective reporting systems.

• Incorporate AI and agentic tools into program management processes, including automating RAID logs and consolidating status updates into executive summaries.

• Manage the unpredictability associated with AI development and adjust program management to foster experimentation.

• Maintain a centralized Work Surface, such as Jira or Confluence, to track initiative status, critical paths, and dependencies.

• Identify and address delivery challenges while escalating risks swiftly and effectively.

• Translate ambitious corporate objectives into structured systems that drive significant outcomes.

• Operationalize frameworks, oversee complex programs, and lead execution to ensure timely delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.

• Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and leveraging AI/Agentic workflows to enhance program management structures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly earn trust, mobilize teams, and provide direction in highly ambiguous environments.

• Capacity to deliver challenging messages with poise, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changes swiftly.

• Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.

• Comprehensive understanding of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely at all organizational levels.
