Principal Product Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous programs of varying sizes and complexities.

• Ensure that each program adheres to the Program Playbook while delivering technical capabilities and achieving targeted outcomes.

• Establish execution rhythms and rituals to facilitate decision-making, eliminate obstacles, and clarify ownership.

• Communicate the health of deliveries, track milestones, and conduct forward-looking risk analyses to leadership.

• Incorporate AI and agentic tools into program management workflows, including the automation of RAID logs and the synthesis of executive status updates.

• Manage the unpredictability of AI development and adapt program management strategies for experimentation.

• Maintain a centralized Work Surface, such as Jira or Confluence, to monitor initiative status, critical paths, and dependencies.

• Identify, address, and escalate any delivery roadblocks and risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.

• Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and using AI/Agentic workflows to enhance program management architectures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust, mobilize teams, and provide direction in highly ambiguous environments.

• Capable of delivering challenging messages with poise, resolving conflicts, and adapting swiftly to change.

• Experience with industry-standard project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.

• Preferred: Extensive proficiency in LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks.

• Preferred: Strong presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

• Preferred: A strategic mindset with a focus on business outcomes and technology.
