• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for the Identity portfolio.
• Create a comprehensive understanding of market opportunities, target customers, unique value propositions, commercial models, and growth pathways.
• Act as a senior strategic partner to Product leaders and executives.
• Integrate customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and commercial performance into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Acquire in-depth technical and market knowledge of LiveRamp’s Identity and data collaboration capabilities, along with the wider adtech and martech ecosystem.
• Convert complex technological concepts into tangible customer value.
• Define and promote the importance and benefits of Identity throughout LiveRamp, its customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
• Interact directly with customers, prospects, partners, and industry leaders as an expert in Identity products and markets.
• Manage the commercialization process throughout the Identity product lifecycle, from assessing market demand and product-market fit to ensuring commercial readiness, launch, adoption, scaling, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Industry Teams, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and other commercial teams to transform pipeline, bookings, adoption, usage, customer feedback, and growth challenges into actionable plans.
• Set commercialization objectives and success metrics across market and commercial readiness, pipeline and revenue, adoption and usage, customer value, and market demand.
• Identify areas of underperformance and coordinate efforts to enhance results.
• Shape Identity's positioning, messaging, packaging, competitive strategy, sales initiatives, enablement, and proof points.
• Collaborate on early adopter and launch initiatives.
• Influence senior leaders across Product, Commercial, Marketing, and other departments without direct authority.
• Serve as a prominent thought leader in Identity both within LiveRamp and in the wider industry.
• Extensive experience at the crossroads of technology, products, customers, and commercial strategy in areas such as product marketing, product management, solutions consulting/sales engineering, product strategy, or related fields.
• Considerable experience in adtech, martech, or data-driven marketing.
• Profound understanding of Identity and its significance within the advertising and marketing ecosystem.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to grasp how products function.
• Capability to establish credibility with Product, technical teams, customers, and partners.
• Experience directly engaging with enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of market demand, product-market fit, commercialization, adoption, usage, and growth metrics.
• Proficiency in leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, competitive data, and commercial performance metrics to influence decision-making.
• Aptitude for creating structure in uncertain environments, making trade-offs, establishing priorities, and advancing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Executive presence and strategic judgment to collaborate with senior Product and Commercial leaders.
• Skill in building consensus without direct authority.
• Ability to act as a visible subject matter expert and advocate.
• In-depth expertise in identity resolution, identity infrastructure, data collaboration, or similar adtech/martech capabilities.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, including solutions consulting, sales engineering, product management, technical product marketing, or solution architecture.
• Background in guiding complex technology from early product development stages to general availability, adoption, and scaling.
• Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams on strategic opportunities and commercialization initiatives.
• Familiarity with utilizing pipeline, revenue, adoption, usage, and customer data to assess product or go-to-market effectiveness.
• Experience crafting executive-level narratives and presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.
