This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the positioning, messaging, and overall category narrative for Atlas from start to finish.
• Create thought leadership content regarding AI-native services and adapt the narrative in response to market shifts.
• Perform primary research, conduct interviews with customers and prospects, and analyze win/loss scenarios.
• Establish the go-to-market strategy from the ground up, which includes determining launch plans and schedules.
• Offer insights on pricing and packaging strategies.
• Develop the narrative for initial calls, outline demo storylines, and produce assets for seller enablement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams as the market's voice.
• Convert buyer signals into influences on the roadmap and translate roadmap developments into commercial success.
• Work closely with Demand Generation and Content teams to drive demand for Atlas.
• Innovate AI-native operational practices within the PMM function.
• Create agents, skills, and workflows to enhance team efficiency.
• Document AI-native processes to facilitate organizational adoption.
• Serve as a trusted representative for the GM and executive leaders.
• Personally craft narratives, design presentations, and author positioning documents.
• Over 10 years of experience in product marketing within B2B technology (SaaS experience preferred).
• Outstanding skills in positioning, writing, and storytelling.
• Proven experience in 0→1 product marketing, including the launch of new products or the creation of new categories.
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of AI products and insights into the AI-driven buyer.
• Personal utilization of AI tools in a professional setting.
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and navigate decision-making in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in influencing product direction and contributing to executive decision-making as a peer.
• Background working alongside founders, GMs, or C-level executives.
• Capacity to shift between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Strong inclination towards taking action.
• Genuine enthusiasm for exploring uncharted territories.
• Preferred: skills in design and proficiency with Figma and Canva.
• Preferred: experience in startup environments, particularly during seed to Series B stages.
• Preferred: background in managing a semi-independent product line or business unit.
• Preferred: experience in coding prototypes, creating landing pages, and designing product visuals.
• Must reside in the USA.
• May require occasional travel, up to 10% of the time.
