
Principal Product Marketing Manager – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of positioning and messaging for Agentic CX assurance.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for agentic AI launches, encompassing launch tiering, enablement, content creation, analyst and press briefings, as well as post-launch pipeline analysis.
• Conduct interviews with customers, perform win/loss evaluations, and engage in discussions with analysts.
• Monitor competitive vendors and equip sales teams with clear competitive positioning.
• Develop sales enablement materials, which include pitches, discovery questions, objection handling techniques, and demo narratives.
• Create solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch blogs, and conference presentations focused on agentic AI assurance, LLM risk, and AI governance in customer experience.
• Collaborate daily with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams.
• Start as an individual contributor and transition into a leadership role as the company expands.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS and AI product marketing, including a minimum of 2 years at a senior or lead level managing a product portfolio independently.
• Proven track record of successful launches that have positively impacted pipeline and bookings, demonstrating measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional writing and presentation abilities; samples will be requested.
• Comfortable engaging with technical buyers and collaborating with technical product teams.
• Experience in selling to enterprise accounts using a sales-led approach with extended cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Direct experience in marketing agentic AI, LLM-based applications, AI evaluation, or AI governance products.
• Capability to articulate concepts like non-determinism, hallucination risk, agent orchestration, and evaluation methodology to a CIO.
• Background in customer experience or contact center operations, including IVR, CCaaS, conversational AI, or NLU.
• Experience in quality assurance, testing, observability, or monitoring categories.
• Familiarity with analyst relations, particularly with organizations such as Gartner, Forrester, or Everest Group.
