📋 Description

• Develop MyForterro.ai as the core cloud and AI infrastructure for Forterro, catering to customers across specialized industrial software sectors.

• Establish the pathway for customer engagement to transition into paid usage, organized growth, and sustainable revenue increase.

• Link platform engagement to monetization strategies, pricing discipline, and commercial results.

• Collaborate on platform strategy, AI commercialization, pricing frameworks, and lifecycle development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related strategic go-to-market roles.

• Proven track record in converting user engagement into paid adoption and expansion.

• Demonstrated experience in pricing and packaging strategy development.

• Background in SaaS, cloud, or AI-enabled product settings.

• History of working within multi-product or portfolio-based organizations.

• Strong commercial acumen and systems thinking abilities.

• Capacity to translate product usage metrics into monetization strategies.

• Experience in designing pricing, packaging, and upgrade structures.

• In-depth knowledge of SaaS, cloud, or AI monetization frameworks.

• Skills in strategic positioning and developing compelling narratives.

• Evidence-based decision-making with a clear sense of commercial responsibility.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in Product, Sales, and Deal Desk functions.

• Comfort in navigating multi-product or federated portfolios.

• Experience in ERP or vertical industrial software is preferred.

• Familiarity with tiered, usage-based, or gated monetization models is preferred.

• Experience in private equity-backed or performance-oriented environments is preferred.
