This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for key areas of the Maestro platform, overseeing the entire process from discovery to launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.
• Define the fundamental components of the platform, including APIs, SDKs, services, administration experiences, and extension patterns for internal teams, customers, partners, and AI agents.
• Drive an agent-oriented approach for the platform, encompassing agent development and runtime requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Fabric teams to design reliable and reusable data products and services.
• Lead customer discovery initiatives, establish requirements and success metrics, and devise plans to address complex challenges.
• Create a unified platform experience that integrates application services, embedded algorithms, developer tools, administration, and data functionalities.
• Engage with enterprise customers and partners to confirm needs, facilitate early adoption, and transform recurring use cases into sustainable platform capabilities.
• Articulate product narratives and decisions to executives, technical teams, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Foster alignment across multiple product domains.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on complex enterprise SaaS, platform, developer, data, or cloud products.
• Demonstrated ability to establish product strategy and lead execution through discovery, delivery, launch, and adoption phases.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-enabled systems, including generative AI, agents, orchestration, model or prompt tooling, evaluations, observability, or AI governance.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms or data fabric concepts, covering data products, semantic layers or ontologies, metadata, lineage, data quality, access controls, and governance.
• Capability to simplify intricate systems, define reusable platform features, and balance immediate delivery with long-term architecture and product leverage.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, SDKs, and standard platform services.
• Strong judgment, analytical skills, and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: experience in developing enterprise agent platforms, AI developer tools, copilots, or workflow automation solutions.
• Preferred: experience with semantic models, knowledge graphs, ontologies, master data, or federated data access.
• Preferred: experience in building platform capabilities for regulated or security-focused enterprise clients.
• Preferred: experience with optimization, planning, scheduling, forecasting, or other computation-heavy systems.
• Preferred: experience operating within AWS, Azure, or GCP and addressing multi-cloud product requirements.
• Preferred: familiarity with platform economics and developing business cases.
