
Principal Product Manager – Partner Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Partner Sales ecosystem.
• Align technological investments with channel revenue objectives.
• Map out and enhance the complete partner journey from onboarding and enablement to deal registration, pipeline management, and payouts.
• Direct the technical strategy and product implementation for integrating Impartner with Salesforce, Adobe, and other internal go-to-market systems.
• Ensure real-time data synchronization and cohesive partner workflows.
• Identify challenges in the partner sales process and develop automated, scalable solutions.
• Speed up partner deal velocity while minimizing administrative burdens.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and Partner Marketing to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Set and monitor KPIs for platform adoption, system performance, and channel revenue impact.
• Leverage data to refine and enhance the partner portal experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• More than 3 years specifically concentrated on B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, or Partner Ecosystems at a Principal or Senior level.
• Profound understanding of indirect sales motions, including VARs, SIs, MSPs, and Tech Alliances.
• Practical experience managing and integrating PRM systems, particularly Impartner, with CRM systems, mainly Salesforce.
• Familiarity with integrating partner ecosystems into go-to-market toolchains, such as Zendesk, marketing automation platforms, and data warehouses.
• Capability to switch between high-level channel strategy and technical requirements with engineering teams.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Salesforce Admin or Impartner certifications are advantageous.
• Prior experience in Direct Channel Sales or Revenue Operations before transitioning to Product Management is a plus.
• Experience in creating custom partner portal experiences or APIs is a bonus.
