
Principal Product Manager – Media & Archival Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Establish and advocate for the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Media & Archival sector.
• Lead the strategic vision and commercial implementation of solutions that convert preserved media into governed, reusable, searchable, and monetizable digital assets.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
• Convert market insights and customer requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, encompassing positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans.
• Convey product vision, strategy, and progress to executives, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Assess and define partner strategies to increase value and expedite market entry.
• Tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in product management.
• Proven ownership of enterprise B2B software, SaaS, or platform-based solutions from strategy through launch and scaling phases.
• Demonstrated success in translating customer and market insights into product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, solutions, delivery, and operations within a complex global organization.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, including experience with business cases, prioritization, pricing and packaging, product metrics, and investment trade-offs.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the media domain, including media and entertainment technology, sports content, corporate archives, cultural heritage, digital preservation, media operations, or related fields.
• Familiarity with digital asset management or media asset management, audiovisual preservation, rich-media formats and workflows, metadata and taxonomy, and archive discovery.
• Knowledge of multimodal AI, semantic search, transcription and enrichment, rights and permissions, provenance, licensing, secure sharing, and content monetization.
• Experience assessing ecosystem partners and integrating third-party platforms, specialist services, or AI functionalities into a cohesive customer solution.
