Principal Product Manager, Core AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Outline the behavior of the Digital Twin across text, voice, and proactive experiences.

• Develop specialized sub-agents that integrate with the core Digital Twin.

• Create the platform and foundational elements that empower teams across Twin to develop agents efficiently and securely.

• Convert the Sense → Understand → Decide → Act → Learn framework into a scalable agent system.

• Specify how the Digital Twin reasons, responds, escalates, and coordinates across various experiences.

• Design AI-driven health guidance through text, voice, and proactive interactions.

• Construct specialized agent systems for sensor intelligence, scheduling and coordination, nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management, insights, application assistance, operational support, and orchestration of care-team interactions.

• Develop foundational elements for agent creation and orchestration, memory and personalization, as well as evaluation and monitoring.

• Create personalized experiences across chat, two-way voice, and ambient guidance.

• Establish natural, trustworthy, and beneficial conversation patterns and interaction models.

• Swiftly transition from insight to prototype, experiment, and production.

• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Product teams.

• Assess emerging capabilities across LLMs, speech, memory, and agent systems.

• Set metrics and evaluation systems for guidance quality, conversation effectiveness, problem resolution, and behavior change.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management (or equivalent impact), with considerable experience in building AI-native products.

• More than 3 years of experience in developing and launching products powered by LLMs, agents, RAG, and personalization systems.

• Proven track record of managing complex, system-level products.

• Experience in delivering conversational or voice experiences that have a measurable impact.

• Strong product judgment and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with experimentation, evaluation design, and KPI definition.

• Builder mentality—capable of transitioning from concept to a deployed system swiftly.
