Principal Product Manager, Comet Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a 2–3 year product roadmap that aligns with the product vision and strategy.

• Take ownership of the product roadmap, prioritizing requests and ideas based on their business value and impact.

• Foster agreement among product managers regarding cross-functional capabilities.

• Collaborate with global product and engineering teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

• Establish, measure, and publish product metrics to gain insights into product performance.

• Function at the intersection of Engineering, Program Management, Design, and Physical Operations.

• Provide solutions for real-world manufacturing and standardized shop floor operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of product management experience in either a business or technical domain.

• Outstanding collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing capabilities.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Proven examples of utilizing data to address challenges and guide future investments.

• Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to convert complex technical constraints into clear business value for executive stakeholders and plant partners.

• Consideration for existing work authorization or H-1B status not subject to the $100,000 filing fee; new H-1B petitions subject to the fee are not currently supported.
