Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Develop a long-term vision and strategy for the product.

• Manage complex, high-impact portfolios of products.

• Discover market opportunities and assess customer needs.

• Set product priorities and create strategic roadmaps.

• Lead initiatives that span across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations.

• Shape company strategy with valuable product insights.

• Provide mentorship to senior product managers.

• Create and maintain product management standards and frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex products or portfolios.

• Exceptional ability in strategic thinking.

• Strong technical and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills for executive-level interactions.

• Capacity to influence across the organization effectively.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Experience with AI/ML, infrastructure, or developer products is a plus.

• Background in high-growth technology companies is a plus.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology is a plus.

• Technical product management experience is a plus.

• Must provide work authorization status for the United States.
