This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Scope: Take the lead on a significant product at Findem, which includes defining the long-term strategy and making a compelling case for increased investment.
• Insights: Own the company's perspective on the market segment, including identifying the target buyer and customer personas along with their most critical needs.
• Product craft: Apply thorough, first-principles thinking and innovative approaches to our problem space, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to support your conclusions.
• Crafted execution: Collaborate closely with engineering to direct our efforts toward the most impactful innovations, taking ownership of prioritization, resolving major obstacles, and achieving product milestones.
• Communication: Work cross-functionally with marketing, general managers, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment towards the right objectives.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a product manager, preferably with a background in startups.
• Proven experience in developing products that automate or enhance workflows utilizing Agentic and Conversational AI.
• Demonstrated experience in building products from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 10.
• Familiarity with B2B product-led growth (PLG) offerings and B2B SaaS solutions, particularly for multi-step workflows.
• Capacity to drive immediate execution while simultaneously building towards (and validating) a long-term vision.
