This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of product strategy and outcomes for a vital product area within Bonterra’s Fundraising Experiences business unit.
• Establish target markets, customer segments, product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive product outcomes such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
• Convert company goals and OKRs into focused product initiatives with well-defined success metrics.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Research on customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Identify and validate customer challenges while developing insights into nonprofit workflows, motivations, and constraints.
• Manage product packaging, tiering, monetization models, value-based pricing, and positioning.
• Lead comprehensive product launches and go-to-market strategies in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap and detailed product requirements.
• Define and track product metrics, utilizing data, analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven capabilities to guide decisions.
• Collect post-launch insights and iterate based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
• Serve as a trusted product leader and subject-matter expert.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Mentor and provide support to junior product managers.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a hybrid role focused on building and scaling SaaS and AI-driven products, preferably in B2B or platform environments.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-powered or machine learning-driven product features.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in owning product strategy and outcomes, beyond just feature delivery.
• Strong discovery capabilities, including customer research, problem framing, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Awareness of responsible AI principles, such as bias, fairness, transparency, and privacy.
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams alongside Engineering and Design partners.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, defining success metrics, and assessing trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Familiarity with modern product tools like Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms.
• A strong passion for Bonterra’s mission and a keen interest in technology that supports social impact organizations.
