This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate new avenues to provide value to BlackCloak members, emphasizing emerging technologies and competitive advantages.
• Recognize and pursue opportunities to automate workflows for BlackCloak's customer operations teams.
• Oversee the comprehensive rapid prototyping process from the initial idea to a working prototype.
• Ensure that initiatives align with established success criteria.
• Convert vague business concepts into clear, concise, and actionable requirements for prototype development.
• Identify, acquire, and manage a specialized toolset to facilitate the efficient creation and testing of functional prototypes.
• Collaborate with CSOC leadership, Engineering, and the Director of Product Innovation to evaluate ideas, assess technical viability, and outline architectural strategies.
• Investigate, assess, and recommend new technologies, third-party services, and frameworks.
• Take ownership of new product concepts from research and hypothesis testing to business-case development and internal stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with platform, mobile, and security engineering teams to incorporate successful prototypes into the existing ecosystem.
• Swiftly design, build, and prototype new product functionalities from the ground up.
• Convert the product roadmap into concrete, high-impact features that safeguard members.
• Report directly to the VP of Product Management.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical product management.
• Demonstrated success in launching complex products across mobile, desktop, and cloud platforms.
• A background in software engineering is highly beneficial.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to serve as a strategic partner to leadership and engineering teams.
• Capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Profound technical literacy and an understanding of architecture across the technology stack.
• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably GCP.
• Knowledge of mobile and desktop development.
• Understanding of networking principles.
• Ability to engage in in-depth technical discussions with engineers and architects.
• Proven capacity to lead technical validation and prototyping processes in a dynamic environment.
• Skill in translating concepts into clear requirements and managing projects from brief to functional prototype.
• Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Capability to define clear success criteria and milestones for transitioning from prototype to production.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience in productizing AI technologies.
• Ability to pinpoint high-impact use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Skill in defining clear product requirements and navigating the technical and ethical trade-offs necessary to launch intelligent features.
