This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take full ownership of a product track from start to finish, encompassing strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery, and outcomes.
• Conduct discovery based on evidence through customer interviews, support insights, behavioral data, and competitive analysis.
• Create written problem statements and evaluate business opportunities.
• Prioritize projects based on business impact and develop investment cases.
• Collaborate with a designer and engineering manager to outline requirements and deliver work incrementally.
• Uphold quality, stability, and security standards.
• Establish hypotheses and success metrics, conduct A/B tests at scale, and discontinue ineffective initiatives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track the funnel, and communicate progress, risks, and learnings to product leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, support, data, and other airSlate products.
• Contribute to the growth of the pdfFiller brand and facilitate the launch of new products.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with at least two years spent managing a self-serve SaaS product or a significant portion of one, from start to finish.
• Proven history of achieving measurable business outcomes, including conversion, activation, retention, or ARPU.
• Strong background in experimentation: designing and sizing A/B tests, analyzing results, and responding to negative outcomes.
• Proficient with data: defining metrics, utilizing BI tools, reading or writing SQL, and independently forming and testing hypotheses.
• Experience in customer discovery and converting customer feedback into actionable problem statements.
• Familiarity with product-led growth strategies in a high-volume self-serve funnel, covering paid acquisition, trial or freemium models, activation, and monetization.
• Experience integrating AI features into real user workflows.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure within it.
• Comfortable leveraging AI to significantly enhance personal productivity.
• Professional working proficiency in English, ideally at B2 to C1 level or above (preferred).
• Knowledge of Polish at B1 to B2 level is a plus but not mandatory.
• Background in domains such as documents, workflow automation, e-signature, fintech, HR tech, or legal tech is advantageous.
• Experience working with SMB or prosumer customers, rather than exclusively enterprise-level clients, is a plus.
