This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of strategic differentiation, adoption, and measurable customer ROI for Assisted Living and Memory Care solutions.
• Manage the complete process of packaging, pricing, and billing, which includes product modularity, validation of willingness-to-pay, consent capture, and ensuring billing accuracy linked to installations.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on aspects of packaging, pricing, and billing.
• Serve as a strategic product collaborator with ML and AI teams encompassing ML, data, hardware, and software.
• Establish roadmaps and success metrics that align model and device quality, alert reliability, and location accuracy with operational outcomes.
• Enhance AI voice experiences.
• Develop resident baselines that highlight episodic and longitudinal deviations.
• Connect alert configurations to resident acuity via the EHR to ensure deviations prompt adjustments in care plans or care levels.
• Work in partnership with ML, data, software, platform, and finance teams to deliver complex products.
• Over 7 years of product management experience.
• At least 3 years in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in developing products leveraging LLMs and other AI/ML frameworks.
• Background in defining and enhancing model quality metrics such as recall and precision.
• Experience overseeing packaging, pricing, and monetization for a B2B product.
• Familiarity with willingness-to-pay assessments and price realization.
• Strong foundational product thinking skills.
• Proficient in release and discovery processes.
• Quantitative approach to ROI, adoption, unit economics, and success evaluation.
• Comfortable performing hands-on discovery and customer observation.
• Proactive in ownership and adept at functioning in an ambiguous setting.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical subjects in a strategic manner.
