This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the contract and relationship with a major Prime Health Plan client.
• Create and manage strategic growth and retention initiatives.
• Ensure client satisfaction while achieving corporate strategic objectives.
• Act as the organization's resource and expert for the client.
• Coordinate and create tailored strategic plans for clients, monitoring and adjusting as necessary.
• Function as the account strategist both internally and externally.
• Develop business solutions aligned with products, benefits, services, and client requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication with the client and enhance client relationships.
• Lead initiatives to address client needs and ensure satisfaction levels are achieved.
• Supervise contract performance, service commitments, performance guarantees, and operational KPIs.
• Facilitate discussions around contracts, renewals, and evolving service needs.
• Identify potential risks, optimize outcomes, and ensure account stability.
• Coordinate internal Account Management and extended teams in relation to strategic objectives and escalated service concerns.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, operations, and other internal departments.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, policies, practices, innovations, competition, and market developments.
• Utilize business and financial insights to enhance client performance and financial results.
• Share best practices and adhere to industry standards.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with special projects and evolving business needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance communication, and improve cross-functional team performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, analytical, interpretative, with demonstrated time management skills.
• Capability to drive results through influence, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Ability to foster alignment across various levels and teams through collaboration.
• Quick at establishing credibility and trust.
• Proactive in identifying issues, planning work, and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required to fulfill business needs.
• Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload when working remotely.
