📋 Description

• Provide senior technical leadership for the Product and Developer Experience teams.

• Design the architecture for the platform, establish engineering standards, and create integration patterns to enhance developer experience.

• Develop the architecture for the service catalog and establish golden path engineering practices.

• Lead initiatives focused on platform extensibility and enterprise IDP capabilities.

• Design scalable developer platforms, integration ecosystems, and reusable engineering experiences suitable for large enterprises.

• Oversee platform architecture, platform integrations, developer experience engineering, and technical leadership initiatives.

• Create design patterns for SCM, CI/CD, cloud, automation, security, observability, identity, and ITSM integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience as a Technical Hands-On Leader of Cloud Teams, or a High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in the same role.

• Over 8 years of experience in systems engineering or platform engineering.

• Proven leadership in enterprise architecture.

• Expertise in integration architecture.

• Experience in mentoring senior engineers.

• Proficiency in IDP Architecture.

• Strong background in Platform Engineering.

• Knowledge of Service Catalog Architecture.

• Familiarity with Golden Paths.

• Experience with Platform APIs.

• Proficient in GitOps.

• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Experience with Platform Automation.

• Knowledge of Integration Architecture.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, observability, Policy-as-Code, and AI-enabled engineering.

• Familiarity with design patterns for SCM, CI/CD, cloud, automation, security, observability, identity, and ITSM integrations.
