Developer Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with developers from various sectors including Enterprise, Government, Startups, and ISVs.

• Propel the integration of GPU Accelerated Computing within ANZ startups.

• Cultivate ecosystem and partnership opportunities.

• Engage in conferences and build a network of influencers.

• Keep track of ongoing opportunities.

• Identify AI challenges that can be enhanced through NVIDIA AI software.

• Facilitate the ideation, prioritization, and adoption of NVIDIA AI solutions.

• Promote NVIDIA tools, libraries, and SDKs among developers throughout ANZ.

• Explore new workflows and identify barriers to adoption.

• Communicate findings to product teams.

• Work collaboratively with partner managers, solution architects, industry business development managers, sales, and marketing teams.

• Utilize conferencing tools and travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in a technical leadership position focused on developing GPU accelerated computing solutions.

• Practical experience with Generative AI and the LLM ecosystem spanning startups, ISVs, data repositories, CSP services, and SaaS/platform offerings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate value propositions to both executive and technical audiences.

• Solid project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects at once.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with LLMs, VLMs, Agentic AI, and Gen AI.

• Practical experience in software architecture development, implementation, and programming.

• Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks and AIOps/MLOps ecosystems in both cloud and on-premises settings.

• Background in software engineering and application development.

• Exposure to NVIDIA AI Software, including NeMo, Triton, and RAPIDS.

• A strong sense of empathy for developers and a passion for AI.
