This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Develop and oversee partner training initiatives focused on Keyfactor solutions, services, and industry best practices.
• Design and implement training sessions that encompass products, services, positioning, and competitive advantages.
• Create and curate presentations, webinars, and product guides that cater to various partner segments.
• Define, monitor, and evaluate KPIs to assess the effectiveness of partner enablement.
• Report on partner performance and the impact of enablement efforts to management.
• Cultivate relationships with global partners, acting as the primary contact and technical advocate.
• Assist partners by addressing technical inquiries, anticipating challenges, and mapping out solutions.
• Manage project transitions from the statement of work to kickoff, and from partner delivery to the Keyfactor Support/Customer Success handoff.
• Address partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to draft partner statements of work and establish business objectives.
• Streamline time to value through structured project playbooks.
• Work alongside sales and global service teams to assist partners in scoping and delivering Keyfactor projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on business priorities and messaging directed at partners.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive expertise in a specific IT domain or technology stack.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, company-specific strategies, and forward-thinking innovations.
• Ability to influence and propel significant organizational initiatives.
• Experience in large enterprise IT environments through service delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement.
• Strong consultation abilities with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Windows Server operating systems.
• Solid understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills for managing complex partner deployments.
• Proficient knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems.
• Advanced scripting skills using Microsoft tools like SQL and PowerShell.
• Willingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as required.
• Knowledgeable in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of Kerberos protocol and OAuth authentication.
• Familiarity with the EJBCA product stack.
