Principal Market Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement market growth strategies for cardiac conduction system pacing and bradycardia/CRT-P therapies throughout Western Europe.

• Recognize and tackle clinical, operational, workflow, and perception challenges to facilitate adoption.

• Spearhead marketing preparedness and execution for significant product launches.

• Create scalable frameworks, segmentation, and prioritization strategies to bolster regional growth.

• Convert clinical evidence into practical customer resources, including workflows, checklists, and value narratives.

• Work collaboratively across functions to produce field-ready materials, ensure structured governance, and maintain consistent prioritization across portfolio initiatives.

• Assist with launches, clinical programs, and market development efforts in the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market development, or portfolio commercialization within healthcare or medical devices.

• Demonstrated success in supporting product launches, therapy adoption, or portfolio transitions.

• Strong capability to articulate complex clinical and technical information into clear customer value propositions.

• Proven cross-functional leadership and influence within a matrixed organization.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with cardiac pacing therapies or familiarity with European healthcare systems is a plus.

• An advanced degree such as an MBA, MSc, or MPH is preferred.

• Background in clinical programs and evidence-driven market development would be advantageous.

• This position requires travel across the region, estimated at 20-35%.
