📋 Description

• Formulate and implement market development strategies for cardiac conduction system pacing and bradycardia/CRT-P therapies throughout Western Europe.

• Recognize and mitigate clinical, operational, workflow, and perception barriers to facilitate adoption.

• Spearhead marketing readiness and execution for significant product launches.

• Create scalable frameworks, segmentation, and prioritization methods to promote regional growth.

• Convert clinical evidence into actionable customer tools such as workflows, checklists, and value narratives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with country marketing teams, sales, clinical, medical affairs, training, market access, regulatory, and product teams.

• Provide field-ready resources, structured governance, and consistent prioritization across portfolio workstreams.

• Assist in launches, clinical programs, and market development initiatives through regional travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market development, or portfolio commercialization within the healthcare or medical device sectors.

• Proven track record in supporting product launches, therapy adoption, or portfolio transitions.

• Strong capability to communicate complex clinical and technical information into clear customer value propositions.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across functions in a matrix organization.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in cardiac pacing therapies or European healthcare systems is a plus.

• An advanced degree such as an MBA, MSc, or MPH is preferred.

• Background in clinical programs and evidence-based market development is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel across the region, estimated at 20-35%.
