This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives for key strategic clients, focusing on large-scale CRE technology solutions and outsourced operations.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that address complex client requirements.
• Spearhead high-stakes client pitches and presentations directed at C-level executives.
• Negotiate and finalize significant multi-million-dollar contracts within approved parameters.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to guide sales strategies.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing and Business Development to design sales materials and strategies.
• Meet and surpass annual sales booking quotas while achieving target margins.
• Maintain Account Plans and Share of Wallet data in account-planning systems.
• Input and track opportunities in Salesforce throughout the sales process.
• Establish connections with potential contacts in CRE, IT, and other departments.
• Lead client pursuit teams to develop, market, and contract JLLT products and solutions.
• Oversee contract negotiations with assistance from JLL Legal to enhance profitability and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Markets, Capital Markets, JLL Technologies, and Work Dynamics teams to deliver OneJLL value.
• Over 10 years of sales leadership experience in CRE technology, PropTech, or relevant sectors, concentrating on large-scale outsourcing agreements.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals with Fortune 500 companies and progressively scaling accounts.
• Extensive network of C-suite contacts within targeted industries, with a proven record of successful C-level interactions.
• Profound knowledge of CRE technologies, PropTech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, and IoT.
• Exceptional strategic thinking abilities for formulating and executing long-term sales strategies for complex, high-value accounts.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for conveying intricate solutions to C-suite audiences and diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experienced in utilizing structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
