This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with C-Suite executives to design high-value, multifaceted solutions across both mature and emerging markets.
• Identify, cultivate, and progress large, complex deals typically exceeding $100M or similar strategically critical opportunities.
• Foster growth in the quality and volume of large-scale prospects within the GEMS strategic accounts portfolio.
• Act as the primary architect for deal strategies, encompassing structuring, positioning, and value articulation.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, delivery, and executive leadership from the initial concept phase through to deal closure.
• Create unique deal constructs that address client requirements while maximizing enterprise value.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment, risk assessment, and return profile.
• Influence senior internal and external stakeholders regarding intricate deal structures.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and best practices for large deal creation.
• Acquire new logos and expand opportunities within target accounts.
• Establish and maintain a list of named account prospects.
• Formulate strategic account plans for key targets.
• Manage opportunities through qualification, business case development, and internal alignment before transitioning to the closing team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies and their enterprise applications.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities and the ability to articulate and develop a business vision.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities, strategic conceptual thinking, and execution skills.
• Robust business acumen, including specific knowledge of industry and domain enterprises.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey IT concepts and technologies to business leaders.
• Proven track record in developing and closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong commercial insight and strategic thinking ability.
• Capacity to work independently while influencing within a highly matrixed organization.
• Executive presence with proficient stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in structuring non-standard, high-value transactions.
