This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Business Lifecycle Solutions team with the Corporate IT portfolio, concentrating on a sophisticated Enterprise Resource Management toolset solution.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Hardware, Testing, and Specialty Engineering teams to pinpoint relevant integration processes.
• Steer products towards a unified, integrated solution.
• Utilize technical expertise to devise solutions for complex challenges, requiring innovation and creativity.
• Participate in an agile team and use Jira to monitor work progress.
• Articulate technical methodologies and results during technical and program reviews and boards.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers, program leadership, and engineering teams.
• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 3 years with a Master's Degree; 1 year with a PhD; or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in applied SysML using Cameo Systems Modeler/DOORS software.
• Understanding of model governance concepts, including configuration management and control processes.
• Capability to evaluate models for compliance with organizational modeling standards and best practices.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle principles, such as requirements development, system architecture, integration, verification, and validation.
• Familiarity with horizontal integration across various subsystems, platforms, suppliers, and engineering disciplines.
• Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR), including SRR, TRR, KDD, and ERB reviews.
• Skilled in Agile workflows like Scrum/Kanban, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
• Knowledge of systems engineering standards and guidelines, including INCOSE, MIL-STD-881, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-461.
• Acquainted with enterprise architecture frameworks such as UAF/DoDAF.
• Proven experience in supporting cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders.
