This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor to senior executives, assisting in the development of business strategy through organizational design, leadership, and talent management.
• Direct efforts in organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with leaders to create organizational structures that establish clear ownership, enhance decision-making, and facilitate team scalability.
• Guide senior executives through organizational transformations, leadership changes, performance issues, and other significant business events.
• Offer a clear and well-founded perspective on intricate organizational decisions.
• Recognize emerging organizational risks and opportunities by linking insights across leaders, teams, and the wider business context.
• Develop practical, scalable strategies that enhance leadership, team dynamics, and organizational advancement.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Compensation, Employment Legal, HR Operations, and other People leaders to formulate integrated People strategies.
• Exemplify exceptional business insight, organizational understanding, and leadership influence while mentoring other HR Business Partners.
• Take ownership of and interpret People programs, including Compensation, Legal, and Performance, to provide authoritative advice.
• Over 12 years of progressive HR experience, including a senior HRBP role in operational or complex settings.
• Extensive experience collaborating with senior business leaders in complex, high-growth environments.
• Proven success in leading organization design, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent strategy initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex business challenges into actionable organizational solutions.
• Established capability to influence executive leaders through credibility, thoughtful challenges, and a clear perspective.
• Experience in guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and change management.
• Demonstrated skill in anticipating organizational challenges, identifying patterns across the business, and proactively addressing issues.
• Strong executive presence, with the confidence to coach leaders, question assumptions, and sway critical business decisions.
• A builder's mindset with a history of developing scalable methods that enhance organizational operations over time.
• Capability to transition seamlessly between long-term strategic planning and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
